2.1. For technical reasons (photographic and computer), the actual rendering of the Goods may sometimes differ slightly from the photographs presented on the site. It is advisable to read the description of the Goods carefully before ordering and, for further information about them, to contact us using the Contact section. The sharpness and grain of each print varies according to the work and personal choices of each artist. These variations in definition may come from the tools/materials used by the artist as well as the definition and rendering that each artist wants to give to their work. Some artists, for example, wish to create works with a rougher and more blurred rendering, while others seek the sharpest possible image definition. In order to respect the work of our artists and their creations, we print the Goods in the definition and rendering that each artist has decided and created.
2.2. All Goods shown on our site are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the Goods you have booked are not available and will not process your request to order the Goods.
Your use of our site is governed by our Site Terms and Conditions. Please take the time to read them, as they contain important terms that apply to you.
Our use of your personal data is limited to what is set out in our Privacy Policy et Cookie Policy. Please take the time to read these policies, as they contain important terms that apply to you.
These Terms and any document referred to in them constitute the entire agreement between you and us. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, promise or representation made or given by us or on our behalf that is not contained in these Terms or in any document referred to in them.
6.1. Regarding the steps to follow in order to place an order on our site, please refer to the following description :
All orders are placed through our website.
First, the Customer must create a personal account on our site through which it will then be possible to order one or more Goods. The information provided by the Customer when creating and/or modifying his personal account must be correct so that the preparation and delivery of the Goods can be organised correctly and efficiently. We accept no responsibility for delays, incorrect deliveries and/or additional costs incurred as a result of incorrect information being entered by the Customer when creating and/or modifying their personal account information.
If we discover that the information in the Customer’s personal account is false or inaccurate, we will notify the Customer in writing that the information in his personal account must be corrected due to an obvious error; if the Customer fails to make the necessary corrections, we reserve the right to close his erroneous personal account.
Then, the Customer can select the Goods he wishes to purchase on our site.
Before definitively validating his order, the Customer has the opportunity to check the details of his order of Goods, the total Selling Price due by him (including all taxes) and the applicable delivery charges (depending on the Customer’s location, the delivery service used and the weight and size of the Goods ordered). The Customer then has the possibility to modify his order before definitively submitting the order. We accept no liability for any delay, misdelivery and/or additional costs incurred as a result of the Customer entering incorrect information when ordering the Goods. In this case, any return and reshipment costs will be borne exclusively by the Customer.
